Nothing major, just a typical post-tournament online play against Leonard Gates aka Soldier!

It’s not everyday you get to play a world class darts professional.  Danny and I were doing some online play as we usually do after a tournament.  He goes up to the board, global, cricket, then turns his back and walks away.  I glance at the screen and see “Soldier”, rated a 17 — i’m thinking “is that really him?, challenge him!”.  I run over and press challenge, thinking he wouldn’t want to play use low raters…and low and behold, Game On!

Soldier only shot a 4.25, and we’ve all seen his videos online…he had to be giving us a chance.  Danny shot pretty well against his favorite player.  I was a bit nervous, and could have shot better, but i’m just glad I had the opportunity.

I never thought getting my ass whooped in darts would be the highlight of the evening!
